High Stakes treasure
Solve High Stakes Treasure Maps 1, 2 and 3: Cumberland Falls, Barrow Lagoon and the Bacchus Station ledges, ending with three gold bars.
Panther locations
Look for ordinary panthers near Old Harry Fen and in Lemoyne, prepare for a perfect-pelt hunt, and distinguish them from the Legendary Giaguaro Panther.

RDR2 has 90 challenges split across nine categories of ten ranks. None of them are missable, so every one can still be finished after the story ends.

The most useful thing to know: you do not need to collect everything. Only 10 of 19 horse types, 10 of 30 fish species and 20 of 43 plants count toward 100% — but all 90 challenges do.
Keep each playthrough separate
Switch between runs, show unfinished items and export your progress as a backup. Location notes are text-based. Progress stays in the browser where you mark it and can be moved using a backup file.
Working toward 100%?
Working toward 100%? Use the 35-objective planning checklist beside the game's Total Completion menu. Each row records an objective you've checked in the game; the checklist bar is not the game's weighted completion percentage. Collecting the seven listed sets? Use the seven location lists instead. These goals overlap, but they are not the same checklist.
Location information is provided as text, not an interactive map. Before a long session, learn how to create a playthrough and export a backup. Your checkboxes are saved in this browser and are not read from your game.
